Update 5/1/13
Sure, sure. Busy.
“Busy”…the throwaway word I use when aaaaaaaaah—-Idontwannatalkaboutit.
There are tons of things I can’t mention regarding some projects I’m working on, and some things I can talk about regarding some projects I’m working on but also choose not to go into detail about.
This is all I can say…
- Music video for our band…Dignitary…if everything goes according to plan, it will be the best thing I have made so far.
- I’ve been hired/given an advance to write a comedy pilot, working off a provided treatment. Not really my sorta jazz, but after submitting a few pages for notes and receiving feedback…I’m really enjoying working on this. I was having trouble with it at first since I’m trying to move away from straight-forward comedy but it’s fun. At this moment I’m on board to direct.
I have no recommendations to offer ‘cause I haven’t been blown away by anything that I haven’t seen before. I loved the new Iron Man, tho. My favorite of the 3. Die-hard IM fans are gonna be pissed about how something was executed but, hey, it is what it is…don’t get too upset about it and just have some fun. And, hey, it can always get retconned at a later date.
Also, Brian Michael Bendis’ All New X-Men/Uncanny X-Men books…not sure I’d suggest them to someone who has no idea of the X-Men mythology, but they’re a blast to read.
As the Crows Fly and Zora? Those projects are right where I want them to be right now.
Patience. That’s all it is.

Reason #99849 why I consider Federico Fellini one of the greatest filmmakers to have ever lived. Watched this again last night after a hiatus. One of the all-time great openings and endings book-end an ultimate “hang-out” movie.
